Focus: Skipping (Focusing on stringing many steps together)
Warm-Up : Skip to My Lou (Skipping in different manners on trainer’s cue. Slow step hop, high knee, fast skipping, swinging hands for momentum)
WOD:
AMRAP(3-5 mins)
3 Wallball
3 deadlifts
3 d-ball slams (make sure to use d-balls, med balls will bounce)
GAME: Musical Medballs
