Don’t Step on a Crack Obstacle Course
Implements such as box jumps, abmats, balance beam and plates are used for kids to travel across room. If they fall of they have stepped on a crack (break mother’s back) and to go back to beginning. 3 Burpee buy in to get back in obstacle course.
Game: Mother Goose
The children line up on opposite side of room from trainer. Kids call out “Mother Goose, Mother Goose, what time is it? And trainer responds with exercise i.e. It’s squat time. Kids do three squats and then take 3 large steps toward trainer. If the trainer says “It’s run time” the kids have to turn and run back to beginning position without being tagged by Mother Goose.
