CONDITIONING:

10 two-hand medicine ball chest passes w/partner or against wall
10-15 burpees
ACCESSORY:

Max L-sit or L-sit progressions
10 ring rows
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – chest smash
