1st base- 5 push ups
2nd base-5 med ball DL
3rd base- 5 tires-run through
Home run
1 super slow squat
Game:
Team races
Set up two sets of : start cone and finish cone twelve feet apart with three cones about one foot apart in line in the center. Using 4-6# med ball create a team race to knock over middle cones with chest throw. Each participant must knock over all three, as many throws as needed, before moving to the back of the line.
