Made with celery, Almond butter and raisins
Making Ant food – Stomping Gold Fish crackers outside.
AMRAP (3-5 min)
Ant walk to cone-3 squats
Log roll to cone – 3 pushups
Ant stomp (marching) to cone – 5 side to side hops
Sponge Bucket Relay: Water & Sponge in a bucket at one end and an empty bucket at the other end. Divide the kids into two teams. Each team member performs 5 Mountain Climbers, dunks the sponge in water, runs it down to the empty bucket and squeezes it out. First team to fill up their bucket with water wins.
