12 Days of Christmas, 2015 – rep scheme structured after “12 Days of Christmas” song: 12 rounds; Round 1 is 1 rope climb; Round 2 is 2 box jumps and 1 rope climb: Round 3 is 3 HSPU, 2 box jumps, and 1 rope climb; etc.

3 handstand push-ups
4 thrusters, 95#/65#
5 burpees
6 knees-to-elbows
7 kettlebell swings, 1.5/1.0 pood
8 double-unders
9 ring dips
10 pull-ups
11 push-ups
12 clean & jerks, 135#/95#
