WARM-UP:

10-meter alligator crawl
10-meter bear crawl
Basic dot drill x 3
FOCUS:
Wall walk- ups with lateral movement
GET READY:
1:00 – press position: hold the ceiling up
1:00 – pigeon stretch
CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 8:00
1 handstand against the wall or wall walk-up
10 burpees
10 broad jumps
GAME:
Javelin throws – Using PVC and hula hoops, have kids attempt to throw PVC through or to a hula hoop target. Targets can be hanging or flat (use a crash mat or similar soft object as a backstop where there are hard surfaces to prevent chipping).
