WARM-UP:

100-meter run
10 slo-o-o-ow thrusters in the air
3-5 pull-ups or progressions
FOCUS:
Kid President – thruster
GET READY:
1:00 – frog stretch
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
CONDITIONING:
Note: need minimum 2 balloons each kid
AMGMAP in 8:00
3 box squats
10 burpee box jump-overs
10-meter medicine ball or balloon carry, alternate each round (pop balloon after each carry)
GAME:
Plank wars and games using transverse plane – cross-hand clap, shake, thumb wrestle, pull
