1:00 – bunny hops for distance

FOCUS:
Deadlift – angry gorilla review
Deadlift => DSDS – review first pull as deadlift for DSDS/HPC
GET READY:
1:00 each side – bicep stretch against wall
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch
CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
2:00 – sandbag DSDS and shoulder carry around obstacle course (include pumpkins), 5#-10# sandbags
1:00 – blocked squats
1:00 – free play
