Hang power clean – dip mechanics; in a circle, emphasize knee travel to outside to touch neighbors knee

GET READY:

CONDITIONING:

1 rope climb or 3 beginner rope climbs
15 blocked squats
Deadlift, dip-squeeze-drop-stand, then carry 4#-6# sandbag around pumpkin 10 meters each way

GAME:
Pumpkin bowling w/empty water bottles as pins
