WARM-UP:

10-meter bear crawl => 10-meter broad jumps
FOCUS:
Frog jumps – review landing in a relaxed muscles off bottom of the squat
GET READY:
3:00 – Bottom of the Squat Dance Party – Each kid rotates as dancer in front of class for 30 seconds to a minute, and from the bottom of the squat creates his or her own routine that other kids are instructed to mirror.
CONDITIONING:
1-2 rounds
