A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Turkey Tag – whomever is tagged must drop to the floor and hold the turkey position for a five count
FOCUS:
Hollow hold in a plank – practice holding a curved hollow rather than an angled (pike) position; flip to dead bug position for rest
GET READY:
1:00 each side – triangle against wall
CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
2:00 – alternate 3 jumping jacks and 3 burpees
2:00 – play with clay or plasticized sand in a large group bucket
GAME:
Jousting w/pool noodles
