A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Pizza Delivery – if a kid’s AbMat “pizza” is knocked down, he or she does 3 AbMat presses and 3 AbMat sit-ups
FOCUS:
Plank to wall walk-ups – begin with feet against wall, 1-2 inches off floor; progress upward and hold, pausing at varying elevations
GET READY:
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
CONDITIONING:
2x
1:00 – tuck jumps
1:00 – push presses, 1#-10# dumbbell
1:00 – floppies
1:00 – blocked squat
GAME:
Tabata Play –
2x
20 seconds – play catch using a Gator Skin dodgeball with a partner
10 seconds rest
2x
20 seconds – thumb wrestle with a partner
10 seconds rest
2x
20 seconds – back to back from seated position lock arms and stand up, sit down staying locked back to back
10 seconds rest
2x
20 seconds – run around
10 seconds rest
