A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Partner toss – Kids stand 5 meters apart and throw a dodgeball to each other, changing their elevation each toss—from standing to their knees, to laying on their backs, back to standing. Repeat.
FOCUS:
Blocked squat – practice arms up and achieving appropriate depth each rep
GET READY:
1:00 each side – hamstring on a box
1:00 – couch stretch
CONDITIONING:
3-4 rounds, alternate groups

1 blocked squat => 2 blocked broad jumps => 3 burpee broad jumps7

GAME:
Radioactive River, plus Pumpkin Crossing – Teams must also get 2 pumpkins across river without the pumpkins touching anything but players, in any way possible.
