WARM-UP:
2x
50-meter run
50-meter side shuffle
50-meter carioca

FOCUS:
Press – work on overhead position, then group races with light bumper plates

GET READY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch or standing quad stretch
1:00 each side – 90-90 stretch

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10-meter medicine ball throw to overturned box or similar target
15 box jumps or step-ups
15 slow box squats (calves touching box)

GAME:
Spinning Dodgeball
