A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Making Ant Food – Using any simple carbohydrate processed food such as Goldfish, scatter food outside in a 20-meter x 20-meter area and ask the kids to make ant food by stomping on it. Discuss people food and how it looks (eg, vegetables, protein).
FOCUS:
Push-up – plank at top; show with PVC
GET READY:
1:00 each side – happy baby, single leg
1:00 each side – down dog
CONDITIONING:
3:00 – broad jump
30-second rest
2:00 – burpees
30-second rest
1 spin => blocked squat
GAME:
