Three Cups and a Ball – Use box squats instead of jumps
FOCUS:
Kid President – box squats
GET READY:
2:00 – calf rollouts with lacrosse ball and calf stretches
CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
2 x 2:00 work-play intervals
Burpee box jump-overs
Tarzan
Divide class into two groups – one group does burpee/box interval while the other group starts with Tarzans.
