FOCUS:
Kettlebell deadlift – what we mean by flat back, muscles on/muscles off
GET READY:
1:00 – frog stretch
1:00 – happy baby against the wall
CONDITIONING:
2 x 3:00 minute intervals, 1:00 rest
5 kettlebell deadlifts, unloaded-4kg
5 kettlebell swings, unloaded-4kg
High-knee skip through a cone course
