A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
One-legged tag – grab and hold right ankle behind you
FOCUS:
Foot position
1 squat + 1 broad jump combination
Adjust feet as needed after each landing
Await trainer cue between each set
GET READY:
1:00 each side – threaded arm on all fours
1:00 – safe shoulder (scapula retraction practice)
WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00-10:00
Divide class into Groups A and B
3-5 strict pull-ups on parallel bars
5-7 blocked squats
7-9 mountain climbers
