WARM-UP:

30-second plank hold

FOCUS:
Press and push press – where to start
To sky = direction, bar path
Hold sky = overhead position

GET READY:
1:00 – wounded eagle
1:00 – standing wrist stretches

CONDITIONING/GAME:
BXK Baseball
1st base = 3 floppies
2nd base = 3 tuck jumps
3rd base = 3 push-ups
Home plate = 1 good push press, AbMat-10# dumbbells
