10 cross-elbow-to-knee sit-ups

FOCUS:
Handstand – practice against wall and focus on distance from wall and active shoulder set prior to kick up

GET READY:
1:00 – arm circles forward
1:00 – arm circles backward
1:00 each side – couch stretch

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 kettlebell swings, 4kg-12kg
50-meter high-knee skip
50-meter broad jump

GAME:
Radioactive River
