Grip – Max hang or max hang with knees up
GET READY:
1:00 each side – threaded shoulder on all fours
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
10 push-ups on box
10 box step-ups
5 box squats
3 stinkbug progressions on box
GAME:
Cargo net climbs
