FOCUS:
Kettlebell swing – start => go to => finish positions review; hips generate the power

GET READY:
1:00 – Olympic stretch against the wall
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 6:00-8:00
25-meter broad jump
10 kettlebell swings, 4kg-12kg

GAME:
Paintball dodgeball using barriers
