A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
Hollow hold – practice in a plank; practice holding a curved hollow rather than an angled (pike) position. Flip to dead bug position for rest.
1:00 each side – triangle against wall
2:00 – 3 jumping jacks => 3 burpees
2:00 – play with clay or plasticized sand in a large group bucket
Yard Sale – Divide play area in half and create two teams. Scatter an equal number of objects in each area. Ask kids to observe and remember the items in their team’s yard. Upon Go team’s try to put their items in the other team’s area. The object is to get rid of all of your items before the other team. Increase difficulty by asking kids to return their items to start positions.
