10-meter high-knee skip
10-meter robot walk holding AbMat between palms

FOCUS:
Hang power clean – drop stand; discuss and practice drop as front squat

GET READY:
1:00 each side – calf stretch against the wall
2:00-3:00 – various runner’s stretches

CONDITIONING:
Carry 4#-6# medicine ball around track
-then-
5-7 rounds
5 dips
10 front squats, unloaded
Blow bubbles x 3
-then-
Carry 4#-6# medicine ball around track

GAME:
Climbing wall traverse (sub 3-meter lateral plank walk => water balloon throw)
3 dip buy-in
