A Brand X Method™ Teen Workout

WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
10-second bar hang => handstand walk or bear crawl => 3 broad jumps => 5 one-legged toe touches, each leg => basic dot drill x 10 => 100-meter run

PREP:
3x
5 throw for height
5 rockets each leg

CONDITIONING:
Medicine  ball relay vs. adult class

SKILL:
Handstand walking
Wall walk-ups for beginners

MOBILITY:
Calf smash and stretch
