WARM-UP:
5x
10-meter sprint
T-plank with 20-second hold
FOCUS:
Toes-to-bar on floor
Practice on parallel bars or similar low bars
GET READY:
1:00 each side – roped hamstring on floor
1:00 – happy baby (against wall)
CONDITIONING:
5-7 rounds
5 box squats with elbows in front squat position
5 burpee box jump-overs
