Jumping jacks – trainer randomly calls freeze 4 times for 10-second rest
FOCUS:

GET READY:
1:00 each side – toe stretches, curled and straight
1:00 each side – roped hamstring
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP 8:00-10:00
12 air squats
12 stationary lunges, 6 each leg, alternating
6 box dips (between boxes rather than in front of box or band assist at parallel bars)
