Limbo Plus Math – With music playing, have two trainers hold a PVC pole horizontally at either end. Players line up at a cone 2 meters from trainers. Kids perform 3 push-ups to limbo—bend over backward and walk—under the pole. The pole is lowered incrementally after all players have passed under. Variations include allowing a standing jump over the pole instead of a limbo. Additional exercises can be added after limbo is performed.
