WARM-UP:
3:00-5:00
10-meter frog leaps
5 basic dot drills
5 zig zag hops
FOCUS:
Jumping – use pogo progression hop for 6” jump; focus on initiation and landing positions and posture
GET READY:
1:30 each side – Samson stretch
CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
1:00 – floppies
1:00 – ring rows or supinated pulls from parallel bars
1:00 – broad jumps
GAME:
Kid President – jumping followed by jumping for height with chalked hands against wall to mark and measure.
