10-meter high-knee skip

FOCUS:
Hollow holds and Superman flips – “look like a banana”; trainer can bring demo banana and share afterward

GET READY:
1:00 – Achilles stretch
1:00 each side – seated torso twist with leg over

CONDITIONING:
3x
1:00 – hillbilly prowler push
1:00 – box squats
1:00 – knees-to-elbows on floor

GAME:
Pillow Fight w/5 blocked squat buy-in
