Thrusters – start => go to => finish
Practice 3-count thrusters

GET READY:
1:00 each side – 90-90 stretch
1:00 – frog stretch facing floor

CONDITIONING:
8:00 cap, with a partner
Partner A – 1:00 row
Partner B – thrusters, unloaded- 8# dumbbell
Switch each minute

GAME:
Build and Move a Fort
