WARM-UP:
Box of Rocks races- Gift-wrapped boxes filled with rocks that are safely packed
FOCUS:
Deadlift – using boxes of rocks have each child deadlift x 3 each size box
GET READY:
1:00 each side x 2 – hamstring on box
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP for 8:00
5 slow kettlebell deadlifts, 4kg-8kg
2 strict pull-ups or attempt
10-meter bear crawl
GAME:
Tug of War (past the stuffed snowman)
