Standard soccer drill – 10-meter dodgeball dribble. Repeat using right foot only. Repeat using left foot only
FOCUS:
Push press – teach/review Oompa Loompa; knees go out laterally, not forward
GET READY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch against wall
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch on the floor

Pillowcase/potato sack races
