WARM-UP:
5 x 50-meters sprints with 30-second rests
FOCUS:
Kicking with inside of foot
Kicking with outside of foot
Practice 10-meter kicks to target, both types
GET READY:
1:00 each side – knee hugs
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
1:00 – blocked squats
1:00 – knees-to-elbows on floor or toes-to-bar
1:00 – broad jumps
GAME:
