A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout from Jeff and Mikki Martin
Warm-Up:
10-meter sprint => 30-45-second bottom-of-the-squat hold => repeat
Focus:
Kid President – Teach a movement: Knees to elbows
Kid President – After a week of focus work on a particular movement, select one child to describe and demonstrate that movement to the class. Downward dog
Hamstring on a box
Workout:
2 rounds
2:00 work, 2:00 play
Create two teams and alternate groups
Work = burpee broad jump
Play= sand, Legos, clay, etc.
Game:
Spinning Dodgeball
