Prepare
For 3-5 minutes
Alternate
Superman/Hollow hold flips, 30 seconds each, 4x Sprint 5 m, 4x
Get Ready
Seated Hamstring stretches 2 minutes
Practice
Using “Muscles on” Movement Skill for engagement, and “Strong Tree” Movement Skill for bracing, Practice Toes To bar on the floor. From a flat position on the back, place arms overhead and straight as if gripping a pull up bar, raise legs together with slight bend at knee and kick toes overhead, return to flat position to count one rep. Practice 5 reps.

For 5 minutes
Bear Crawl 5m
10 Toes To Bar on floor
10 Push ups ( worm up as needed, but go to flat plank in top position to count)
For 2 minutes
Tap any type ( kickball size) ball on your knee, alternating knees, while marching
Game
This game requires a helper to hide three small objects
Based on “Lifeguard Test’
Have child lie face down and with hands completely covering eyes, head facing away from helper. Helper will hide three small objects, tennis ball size, within 10- 15 feet of the child
Upon go, child hops up to find any one of the three items, record time.
Repeat and compare time to find objects. Goal is to learn to be observant of the environment
