20-week template programmable as a continuous once-a-week focus or periodized in multi-week modules
Each lesson plan fits on one sheet for easy use and follows the TBXM class structure
Each lesson section is scaled into at least three levels (basic, intermediate, advanced) with some skills broken down further into their components (foundations, developmental, intro) to allow for a wide variety of skill levels
Lessons are progressive and intended to be used in succession, allowing students to grasp a concept or movement before building upon it in future lessons
