Review Waiting in the Outfield, positions #1-3 Movement Skills
Practice Hinge at a low bench, without load -5# db (kb or holding a db vertically)

Work- Play

4 minutes:
10 Deadlift 5-10# (kb or holding a db vertically) 10 Box Hurdles

1 minute:
Lateral Hops over a line

Total 10 minutes

Game
With a same size partner
– thumb wrestle one minute – arm wrestle one minute
– leg wrestle one minute For advanced kids – possum style leg wrestle while hanging from a bar (padded underneath and with spotter)
