Jumping jacks – trainer randomly calls freeze 4 times for 10 second rest

Focus
Muscles on/off drill

Get Ready
Toe stretches- curled and straight 1 min each side
Roped hamstring 1 m each side

Conditioning
AMGMAP 8-10 m
12 Air squats
12 stationary lunges 6 each leg, alternating
6 Box Dips ( between boxes, or band assist at parallel bars)  rather than in front off box
