0:30 – partner spins (face each other, hold both partner’s hands and move in a circle with feet close and torsos laying back)
0:30 – bottom of the squat
10-meter bear crawl up and back
Frog stands, headstands and handstands – show “triangle” floor position of hands and head for frog stand and headstand. Straight line for handstand push-up.
1:30 each side – roped hamstring
12 high box jump-overs (hurdle style)
12 mountain climbers
3 slow kettlebell deadlifts w/resets, 4kg-12 kg
Radioactive River – Remind kids of good carrying position for moving objects. Two teams stationed on either riverbank place objects in the river and use them to reach the middle island without falling in. All items must be picked up and must travel with the team, where the whole team must stand together before returning to the bank using the brigade method again. If any member of the team touches the river at any time, the whole team, including the equipment, must return to the start cone and begin again. The first team to have all team members and equipment to the island and back wins.
