1:00 each side – hamstring on a box (keep back flat throughout stretch)
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
5 x box squat => box jump-over => push-up on box
5 kettlebell deadlifts, 4kg-12 kg
Clean the Yard – Using two hula hoops with weighted items (emphasize deadlift to pick up and shoulders to carry) teams attempt to switch items one at a time to empty hula hoop on opposite side. Have kids write their best movement today on the board.
