WARM-UP:
5 x 25-meter sprints

FOCUS:
Rotational throwing – trainer should demonstrate with back facing wall about 1-3 meters away. Practice with dodge balls to 6# medicine balls
GET READY:
2x
10-meter side shuffle
1:00 – downward dog
CONDITIONING/GAME:
BX Baseball – Cue kids to run between bases set at least 10 meters apart.
First base = 5 blocked squats
Second base = 10 lunges in place
Third base = 5 push-ups
Home plate = chest throw, 4#-6# medicine ball, to knock over a tall cone
Record “runs” on hands with marker
