WARM-UP:
Agility zigzag ball drill using tiny pumpkins rather than cones
FOCUS:
Review deadlift – angry gorilla
Review hang power clean and first pull from floor using angry gorilla
GET READY:
1:00 each side – roped hamstring stretch
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
Line pumpkins up at start position, one for each child
10-meter bear crawl => 3 burpees => broad jump back
Add a dot or line to your pumpkin

GAME:
Pogo Circle – Players perform same number of reps of DSDS with medium-sized pumpkin as pogo jumper can complete (cap at 15 reps until last round for more active play).
