WARM-UP:

50-meter sprint w/30-second rests as a group between
FOCUS:
Beginner rope climb/rope climb; plank from floor
GET READY:
1:00 each side – leg swings
1:00 each side – wrist stretches on floor, each direction
CONDITIONING:
2:00 – jump rope
2:00 – bear crawl
2:00 – 4#-6# medicine ball carry to buckets (Use two buckets or hoops. Kids carry ball from one to the other, drop one in and take one out. Repeat)
GAME:
DSDS Dodgeball – DSDS when picking up dodgeballs
