WARM-UP:

Pillowcase/sack race through obstacle course that includes at least one pumpkin
FOCUS:
Rope climbs – practice beginner climb from the floor with body planked
GET READY:
1:00 each side – triceps stretch at wall
1:00 each side – hamstrings stretch against the wall
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 Dip-Squeeze-Drop-Stand, 1#-8# dumbbells or pumpkins
5 handstand push-ups on box
2 beginner rope climbs or rope climbs
1 mark or initial on group pumpkin
GAME:
Whoopee Cushion – Kids form a circle about 5 meters around 1-2 Whoopee Cushions. Trainer chooses a series of exercises to perform and, upon completion, kids race to center to sit on the cushions. Repeat.
