WARM-UP:
Skip and sprawl
FOCUS:
Medicine ball throw for distance outside. One child at a time, throw 4#-6 # balls; bear crawl to retrieve
GET READY:
1:00 each side – triangle against the wall
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch on the floor
CONDITIONING/GAME:
Ninja Obstacle Course (timed with stopwatch) – Negotiate 5 small boxes => balance beam => wedge mat => roped swing for distance => crawl under an object
