WARM-UP:
Thruster ball
FOCUS:
Muscles on/off review – 4-count thruster:
Start with feet in squat position
Bottom of the squat with muscles on
Stand with elbows in front squat position
Press and return to rack
GET READY:
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 – Achilles stretch
CONDITIONING:
King of 10 Meters – Increase touches by two each 1:00 round
GAME:
