FOCUS:
Rotational throwing – loading the hips
GET READY:

30 flutter kicks
20 Russian twists, unloaded
PLAY:
Small-sided dodgeball – w/3-person teams – all throws must be rotational and underhand
Note: slow gameplay down when necessary to cue proper hip loading and rotation
MOBILITY:
1:00 foam roll back
1:00 fish pose
