Ring rows with supinated grip – Discuss and demo start position with pause and scaps organized. Cue is “pinch shoulder blades together.”
GET READY:

1:00 – wounded eagle on the floor
CONDITIONING:
5-7 rounds
100-meter run
10 push presses, unloaded- 8# dumbbell
3-5 strict pull-ups or progressions on parallel bars
GAME:
Food Fight (add plastic turkey)
